Which payment methods are available?

What do I get immediately after purchase?
Instantly: an order confirmation with a download link for your certificate and an activation link for the aninu app. GPS tracking is available immediately after activation.
Is there a right of withdrawal?
Yes. You have 14 days right of withdrawal. As the product is digital and immediately available, the right of withdrawal lapses upon use of the download — as legally provided and explained in our T&Cs.
Is there a physical delivery?
The digital adoption is purely digital — available immediately, no delivery time. If you buy a bundle with a bracelet or plush toy, the physical part is delivered by post (2–4 business days in Germany).
