How does the creation work?

After your purchase, you will receive an email with your order number and a link to create the certificate(s). If you click on this link, you will be taken to the your certificate page. There you enter your order number, the name of the animal sponsor and the desired name of the animal. Then select the item you want the certificate for from the drop-down menu and click on Generate certificate. After a short loading time of a few seconds, your certificate is ready and you can download it.

What can I personalize in the certificate?

There is a unique QR code at the top right of the generated certificate which, when scanned with your smartphone camera, will take you to your pet's tracking page.

Can I give the certificate as a gift?

Yes! You can print it or give it digitally. The recipient scans the QR code and adds the animal to their account. It is then permanently assigned to that profile.

I made a mistake when creating a new account. What can I do?

That's no problem, of course. Just send us an email to hello@aninu.de and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Where can I find my order number?

How long do I have to create the certificate?

You can create your certificate at any time— there's no expiration date . As long as you have your order number, you can create it even weeks or months after purchase.

Will the certificate be sent by mail?

No, you will only receive the certificate digitally as a PDF. Once created, you can print it yourself or give it away digitally.

Why are animals tracked

Animals are tracked in various ways. One common method is satellite tracking, where satellite transmitters are attached to the animals. It neither hurts nor disturbs the animals. The transmitters send signals to satellites in orbit, which are then relayed to receivers on earth. This allows scientists to track the animals' movements and location in real time.

How often is my pet's location updated?

The location of your animal is updated daily. The location is also delayed by 7 days to protect the animals from poachers.

Is tracking free of charge?

Yes, tracking is included in the purchase price. There are no follow-up costs.

Is tracking limited in time?

No. Once your pet is activated, it will remain permanently in your profile—including access to all tracking data.

We ship from Munich throughout Europe - even to Packstations.

How high are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping within DE 4,49€ (from 40€ free of charge) - with tracking

Premium shipping (incl. tracking) within Europe from €6.49

How long are the delivery times?

The delivery time within Germany is 1 - 3 working days and within Europe 2 - 8 working days (unless otherwise stated in the product description).

How does a return work?

There is no legal obligation to notify us of the return or to complete the withdrawal form. Nevertheless, we ask you to inform us of the upcoming return by e-mail.
