1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders you place via the aninu shop and the aninu app.
2. Conclusion of contract
By purchasing an aninu product, you acquire a symbolic sponsorship for a real wild animal. The sponsorship is purely symbolic and does not establish ownership of the animal.
3. Tracking data
Tracking data comes from real wildlife research. We strive to provide up-to-date data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability — wild animals are wild.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of your product. For digital content (sponsorship certificate), the right of withdrawal expires upon first use in the app.
5. Donation share
A share of every purchase goes to animal welfare organisations. The exact amount is communicated on the respective product page.
